Flower artist Nicolai Bergmann’s Flagship Store, open since December 2010 in Minami-Aoyama has undergone a full interior renewal, officially reopening in January 2023.
An abundance of natural light flows through the interiors with concrete based ceiling and walls and the Scandinavian style pendant lights cast shadows on the oakwood flower tables and counters designed by Nicolai, beautifully illuminating the entire space.
The flower boutique Nicolai Bergmann Flowers & Design with its simple yet sophisticated interior design is always ready with a lineup of seasonal fresh flowers. Additionally, limited items, earth-colored preserved flower obje and so on, only available at the flagship store, welcomes visitors to a new style of flower design experience.
The Flower Cafe, Nicolai Bergmann Nomu, offers a relaxing experience in a space where beautiful fresh flowers are always in bloom. Six new smørrebrød options are now available, with a choice of home-made rye-bread or brioche baked in-house and prepared with fresh ingredients upon order. The cafe also offers a new service of by-the-glass wines and fresh juices of the day as well as a cafe and drinks menu with a variety of options made only with the finest ingredients.
In the heart of Tokyo’s Minami-Aoyama, a unique space that will touch all of the senses and leave you nourished, heart and soul.
